There is a standard fee for initial consultation with a GP who will assess your situation whether you currently only have symptoms, or you know your diagnosis and want a second opinion or further treatment. The standard initial fee is for a (15) minutes session is £49. Please be aware that there is no refund for any part of the (15) minutes that is unused. You are entitled to a full refund for your online consultation booking if you cancel up to (72) hours to your booked consultation time. You will be charged the full cost of the consultation if you cancel within (72) hours of your booked consultation time.

Subsequent consultation appointments are also for 15 mins a time and there is no refund for any part of the (x) minutes that is unused. You are entitled to a full refund for your online consultation booking if you cancel up to (72) hours to your booked consultation time. You will be charged the full cost of the consultation if you cancel within (72) hours of your booked consultation time.

If you fail to attend your consultation appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the consultation as cancellation fee. There will be no refund.

If for any reason your consultation does not go ahead as scheduled due to technical issues experienced by the provider, the client will be offered an equivalent alternative consultation time slot within (24) hours.

Online payment transactions are generally subject to validation checks by your card issuer and your appointment will only be guaranteed after payment has been received. You must have appropriate authorisation to use the payment card which you use for payment.

If you are offered a prescription during your consultation, this will be charged separately subject to your acceptance of prescription. There is no refund for any prescription once issued. You may choose to collect your medication from your nominated pharmacy or have it delivered to you.

Referral letters may also be requested by you such as sickness letter or notification or referral letter during your consultation. This will be charged at £15 per letter and there is no refund once the request has been accepted by the consulting doctor.
