With the current Covid-19 situation, our team at Online Medical Experts are monitoring closely the changing position with the spread of the virus and different strains. With daily changes in advice dealing with Covid-19, our team of online doctors will share information and advice with our patients in order to support you where we can.

When discussing your medical matter with one of our doctors, please make them aware if you are displaying any of the following symptoms:

• A High Temperature

• A New Continuous Cough

• Loss of Smell/Taste

• Shortness of Breath

If a doctor feels that you are showing symptoms of the Covid-19 infection during their consultation, they will suggest for you to seek a test. Our team of doctors cannot arrange a Covid-19 test for you personally but can give you guidance in how to obtain one. 

If you have been asked to take a Covid 19 test our team of doctors will give you up to date advice according to government recommendations. This will ensure you are keeping potential transmission at a minimum with isolation guidance until a negative result has been given.

Online Medical Experts cannot issue Travel Cancellation Letters for patients not wanting to travel due to Covid-19. They also cannot give guidance on where not to travel due to the virus.
